individual sheet of paper on your desk, on your floor, in desk
drawers and in file cabinets.

FILES THE CLUTTER WIZARD will... Create a filing system that is unique to your needs and your personality. Divide files into categories. Subdivide a file that is too thick. Separate past files from current files. Categorize and alphabetize all files. Keep past files that you haven't referred to for awhile to a minimum. Separate tax records, warranties, owner's manuals, medical records, etc. Review every piece of paper in your current files and help you decide if they need to be recategorized, trashed or kept. Name and label all files.
MAGAZINES, CATALOGS, BROCHURES THE CLUTTER WIZARD will... Sort through each periodical or piece of literature. Discard anything that is older than six months. It is very likely that if you haven't read them yet you probably never will. Cut out articles that you want to keep and file them. File any magazines, business trade journals, catalogs and brochures that you need to keep.
BUSINESS CARDS THE CLUTTER WIZARD will... Look through each and every business card. Sort business cards by category so you can find them more easily. Place each business card directly into a business card holder.
DESK DRAWERS THE CLUTTER WIZARD will... Remove items from desk drawers --- one drawer at a time. Discard any old, unusable stuff. Move all extra office supplies to a supply cabinet. Use drawer organizers for more efficiency. Place what you use the least in the back and what you use the most in the front.

Categorize and put things into accessible locations inside the cabinet. Make recommendations for buying various types of organizing supplies. Look for additional storage spaces such as under-desk space, wall spaces and inside door spaces.
MORE EFFICIENT SPACES THE CLUTTER WIZARD will... Look through your office or working space and recommend ways to use the space more productively. Measure your pieces of furniture to see how to utilize the floor and wall spaces you currently have more effectively. Create a floor plan to show you how furniture might be moved around to make the space more efficient. Recommend storage systems, caddies or other products that may increase the efficiency of your spaces.
